Knipex's high-leverage concreter's nipper for tying reinforcing steel with binding wire straight off the roll — twist and cut in one pass. The high-leverage joint means about 25% less hand effort than a conventional nipper of the same size, and the extra-slim head gets down to deep-mounted bars. This 250 mm model has a black atramentized head with plastic-coated handles for grip.
