Oversize items longer than one metre or heavier than 20kg have a $60 flat delivery charge, regardless of order value. Items over 30kg have a $100 heavy freight charge. Click & Collect remains free.
Pallet items have a $150 flat freight charge and delivery is available only to eligible metro Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane postcodes. A tailgate truck costs an additional $80 when there is no forklift. Outside these areas, choose Click & Collect or contact us to arrange freight.
