You may return most products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the item we will refund your original payment method or offer an exchange.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or was supplied in error. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. You are welcome to return items in person at our Roselands store.
Faulty or damaged items are handled under the Australian Consumer Law: you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
